Our foundational Emotional Intelligence & Confidence experience gives Scholars ages 7–10 a place to begin developing confidence, emotional awareness, communication, self-control, and leadership skills.
Building the Next Generation of Leaders
Dapper Elite Academy is a leadership academy created to help young people develop the skills, character, confidence, and self-awareness they need to lead themselves and navigate the world around them.
We believe leadership begins long before adulthood. It begins with learning who you are, understanding your emotions, making thoughtful decisions, taking responsibility for your choices, and learning how to show up with confidence and respect. Our Academy is designed to help Scholars build these foundations early, within an intentional, Black-centered environment where they can learn, grow, and begin to lead.
A leader might build a company, lead a classroom, operate a successful small business, organize within a community, educate others, serve the public, or create a strong and stable family. Leadership can take many forms, and it does not have one title, one income level, or one definition of success. What matters is the ability to lead yourself, make sound decisions, take responsibility for your actions, and contribute meaningfully to the world you live in.
Dapper Elite Academy is intentionally Black-centered because we believe young Black people deserve spaces where their experiences, culture, identity, excellence, and future are represented and valued. We are building an environment where Scholars can see themselves, understand their value, develop their abilities, and be challenged to lead.
A Dapper Elite Scholar is one who is learning to recognize their strengths, grow in confidence, communicate with purpose, and make choices that reflect who they are and who they are becoming. They are encouraged to lead themselves, respect others, take pride in their growth, and strive for excellence, not perfection.

The Dapper Elite Experience
Dapper Elite Academy is more than a class, it is an experience designed to help our young, black youth grow in confidence, character, and leadership. Scholars learn, participate, reflect, and build meaningful connections in an environment where they are encouraged to be their best selves.
Dapper Elite Academy is opening its first Charlotte cohort for Scholars ages 7–10. 10 Weeks • Saturdays • 10:00–11:30 AM • Charlotte, NC
