Terms & Conditions

Dapper Elite Academy

(“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of programs, curriculum, digital materials, and related services provided by Canada Global Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Dapper Elite Academy (“Dapper Elite Academy,” “DEA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using a Dapper Elite Academy program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Program and License

The Dapper Elite Academy Emotional Intelligence & Confidence Program (“EIC Program”) is a proprietary educational and youth-development program.

The purchase of the EIC Program provides the purchaser with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, one-year license to use the specific program and materials included with the purchaser's selected license.

The purchase is a license to use the program, not a transfer of ownership of the curriculum or its materials.

2. Authorized Site

The License authorizes implementation at one designated organization/site.

Multiple facilitators at that authorized site may use the program as part of the site's implementation.

The license does not authorize use of the program at additional locations operated by the same organization or by another organization.

Additional-location licensing may be available upon request and may be subject to separate fees or discounted multi-site pricing.

3. Included Program Materials

The current License includes:

  • Chapters 1–2

  • 10 instructional lessons

  • Lesson videos

  • Facilitator Guides

  • Worksheets

  • Classroom activities

  • Implementation Packet

  • Facilitator Training

  • Program Resources

  • Scholar Decree

  • Academy Standard

  • Emotional Check-In tools

Future chapters, lessons, programs, products, or other materials are not automatically included unless specifically identified as included with the applicable purchase or renewal.

4. License Term

The EIC Site License is valid for one (1) year from the date of enrollment.

Upon expiration of the license term, the licensee must discontinue use of the Dapper Elite Academy program and its materials unless the license is renewed.

Continued access and use require renewal under the terms and pricing applicable at that time.

5. Program Updates and Corrections

Dapper Elite Academy may make corrections or necessary updates to the program during an active license term.

Corrections to errors or other necessary fixes to the existing program will be provided to current licensees at no additional charge.

Substantial program revisions, expanded curriculum, or new program versions may be introduced under future renewal terms or offered separately.

6. Authorized Use of Materials

Authorized facilitators may access and use the program materials for implementation at the licensed site.

Materials designated by Dapper Elite Academy as downloadable may be downloaded and printed by authorized facilitators for use in implementing the program.

Lesson videos and other materials designated as streaming content are provided for viewing through the designated platform and may not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed.

7. Restrictions on Use

The licensee may not, without prior written permission from Canada Global Enterprises, Inc.:

  • Resell the program or any portion of it.

  • Sublicense or transfer the program to another person, organization, or location.

  • Share program access with unauthorized individuals or organizations.

  • Use the program at an unauthorized location.

  • Upload program videos or materials to another platform for unauthorized access or distribution.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the program beyond the authorized use.

  • Modify, adapt, edit, rebrand, or alter the curriculum or program materials.

  • Add another organization's name, logo, or branding to DEA program materials.

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

  • Represent the Dapper Elite Academy program or its materials as the licensee's own curriculum.

The program is not a white-label product.

8. Intellectual Property

All Dapper Elite Academy curriculum, lesson content, videos, Facilitator Guides, worksheets, activities, graphics, classroom tools, Scholar Decree materials, Academy Standards, trademarks, logos, written materials, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Canada Global Enterprises, Inc.

No ownership rights are transferred through the purchase of a license.

9. Payment

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Payment processing is subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final once the purchased digital program has been downloaded or access to the downloadable program materials has been provided.

No refunds will be provided for change of mind, failure to use the program, dissatisfaction after download, or other reasons unrelated to a duplicate charge.

Exception: If a purchaser is charged more than once for the same purchase due to a duplicate transaction, the purchaser may contact Dapper Elite Academy at info@dappereliteacademy.com for review. If a duplicate charge is verified, the duplicate charge may be refunded.

11. Facilitator Responsibility

The purchasing organization and its facilitators are responsible for:

  • Properly supervising participating Scholars.

  • Implementing the program appropriately within their educational or organizational environment.

  • Following applicable organizational policies and procedures.

  • Obtaining permissions or consents required by their organization or applicable law.

  • Maintaining appropriate confidentiality and safeguarding practices concerning Scholars.

12. Educational Disclaimer

Dapper Elite Academy provides educational and youth-development programming designed to support skills including emotional intelligence, confidence, communication, self-control, decision-making, and leadership.

The program is educational in nature and is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice or treatment.

Facilitators and participating organizations remain responsible for determining how the program is appropriately implemented within their particular setting.

13. Children's Privacy

The EIC Program is designed for Scholars ages 7–10. The current implementation, however, is designed for adult facilitators.

Scholars do not currently create individual accounts or provide personal information directly through the current Podia course.

If Dapper Elite Academy later introduces online services through which children provide personal information directly, Dapper Elite Academy will review and update its privacy practices and applicable procedures as required by law.

14. Third-Party Services

Dapper Elite Academy uses third-party services to operate portions of its website, online programs, and payment processing, including Podia and Stripe.

These third-party providers operate under their own terms and policies. Dapper Elite Academy is not responsible for practices outside services it controls.

15. Account Security

Where an account is required to access the program, the account holder is responsible for protecting login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

Account credentials may not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

Unauthorized sharing of account access may result in suspension or termination of the license.

16. Program Availability

Dapper Elite Academy makes reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased programs and materials.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, internet disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because portions of the program are hosted through third-party technology, access may also be affected by circumstances involving those providers.

17. Termination for Violation

Canada Global Enterprises, Inc. may suspend or terminate a licensee's access to the Dapper Elite Academy program if the licensee materially violates these Terms, including unauthorized distribution, reproduction, modification, resale, sharing of access credentials, or use of the program outside the authorized site.

Upon termination, the licensee must immediately discontinue use of the program and its materials.

Termination resulting from a violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.

18. Renewal

Renewal of a Dapper Elite Academy license is subject to the terms and pricing in effect at the time of renewal.

Dapper Elite Academy reserves the right to decline renewal where a licensee has materially violated these Terms or previously used the program in an unauthorized manner.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canada Global Enterprises, Inc. and Dapper Elite Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the program.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

Dapper Elite Academy may update these Terms when its programs, services, business practices, or legal obligations change.

When material changes are made, the Effective Date will be updated.

Your continued use of the program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
